Collection of personal data

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be saved by us for the purpose of processing the request and to answer your questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. We delete the data arising in this context as soon as the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.

If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

Cookies

Our website uses a session cookie, i.e. a cookie that is automatically deleted after you have left our website.

The session cookie is primarily used for spam protection and user management (i.e. administration), it may also be used for captchas, comment or shopping cart functions. Failure to accept cookies can therefore lead to malfunctions in these areas.

Server log files

The web server’s log files contain the IP addresses of the users, the time stamp and the requested resources as well as their referrers (references). They are made available to us by the hosting provider on request. Apart from the IP addresses, they do not contain any personal data. They are not linked to any other data that would be suitable for identifying a visitor to the website. The log files are used for statistical evaluation and optimization of the website, for troubleshooting and, if necessary, for clarification in the event of the website being compromised.

Third party services (google)

Useful external services – such as those provided by google – are used on our website:

Google Maps: For simple and convenient display of maps

Google Fonts: Allows the use of free fonts for the modern design of the website

What all these services have in common is that the third-party provider can set cookies themselves, over which we have no influence and of course no insight. You can prevent these cookies by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved.

You can also use browser plug-ins to prevent the use/function of individual services. Google itself offers a browser plug-in for analytics.

Like us, google is also obliged to comply with the law and may only use the data obtained within the framework of this.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you may complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
